Valerie has worked for a number of Fortune 100 companies in the field of Human Resources and Organizational Development. She came to Denison in 2015 from Hertz, where she oversaw their global culture transformation efforts to develop a healthier, high-performing culture.

Valerie approaches coaching as a leader-led process focused on pin-pointing areas of strength and needed development to maximize their leadership effectiveness and attain their career goals.
Valerie earned an M.A. in Organizational Development from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
