Alice applies her genuine interest in improving the workplace, both as a consultant to organizations managing organizational change and as a coach to leaders seeking to improve their leadership skills and processes. In addition, she is a member of Denison’s Research and Development team. In her dual roles, Alice leverages her research skill set to support customized survey development and data analysis solutions and her organizational experience to help “proactively plan department structure and establish new processes to facilitate smooth growth.”
Alice conducts, presents, and publishes research on culture, leadership, and their impact on organizational performance, including multiple presentations at the annual SIOP conventions.
She earned her Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from San Diego State University. In addition, she holds a coaching certification from Hogan Assessments.
She is based in Denison’s Ann Arbor, Michigan, headquarters in the U.S.
