As a practitioner who has used the Denison performance and survey model since the early 2000’s—leading and engaging in several levels of administration for 8 cycles of its application at the Department of Defense’s Defense Logistics Agency—I have experienced the value that both the instrument and the process create, providing focus for an organization, both at the enterprise and work unit level.

I joined other businesses here this week to get a deeper appreciation of how culture influences the performance of an organization and the tools Denison offers to facilitate culture change. A key takeaway from the workshop for me is that it all starts with the leaders’ behaviors. These drive the culture. The Denison Model and methodology can be applied here to advantage across the board.

2-day Interactive Live Sessions

The Denison Consulting Certification Workshop registration fee is $1,400 for one participant.  Groups of 3 or more from the same organization receive 10% off the individual registration price. This price covers access to pre-course materials, 2 days of live, interactive workshop sessions, Certificate of Completion, access to our member-only online tool kit and MORE!  Additional discount rates are available for larger groups. Any cancellations within one week of the workshop will be charged a $275 processing fee.


Denison offers customized scheduling of a virtual Certification Workshop for a registration fee of $1900 for one participant. Groups of 3 or more from the same organization receive 20% off the individual registration price.  All subject areas are covered in these condensed, virtual sessions scheduled at your convenience by a Denison Consultant in two 4-hour sessions. Full certification of Denison culture and leadership service is earned in the virtual sessions as well.  Eliminate travel time and costs by having multiple people from your company attend a virtual workshop with a Denison Consultant.
