Bryan Adkins, Ed.D. is President of Denison Consulting, Inc., a global research and organizational development firm known for linking organizational culture and leadership practices to business performance. He works at the organizational, team and individual executive levels in an effort to develop high-performance organizational cultures and effective leaders and teams.
Bryan holds a Masters degree in Business from Pennsylvania State University and received his doctorate in Human and Organizational Studies from The George Washington University in 2000. Bryan’s work has been published in academic and business publications such as The Journal of Organizational Behavior, Executive Excellence, and Dollars and Cents. He has presented his research and consulting activities to a variety of esteemed organizations including The Academy of Management, SIOP, Linkage, The American Society of Association Executives, The British Academy of Management, The Northern California Human Resources Association and the Western Academy of Management.
Bryan uses the Denison Model and surveys to facilitate change in organizations. He has worked with a wide range of clients that includes Reynolds American, HP, Target, NASA, NHS, Disney/ABC, Ingersoll Rand, Domino’s and Genomic Health. Prior to joining Denison Consulting he was a Regional Vice President of Consulting for a Global consulting firm. His professional background includes leadership positions within the manufacturing, professional, and not-for-profit sectors.
Bryan lives in San Diego, California with his wife Trish.
