Lindsey is the director Denison’s research and development team, who work to maintain Denison’s strong research focus. She is involved in analyzing and managing client databases, preparing articles for publication, and presenting research and case studies. Lindsey’s educational background is in Industrial/Organizational psychology. She received her M.A. and Ph.D. from Wayne State University, where she continues to teach graduate courses in statistics and measurement. Before joining Denison, Lindsey taught courses in statistics, I/O psychology, and social psychology. She has also been an active researcher both publishing and presenting at conferences such as the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology and the American Psychological Association.
