Ashley Guidroz   Research Consultant Ashley Guidroz

As a member of the research and development team, Ashley collaborates with clients and consultants to enhance the effectiveness of organizational survey and leadership developments programs. She has developed processes for maintaining and strengthening the normative benchmarks for the Denison Culture and Leadership surveys, and conducts research on organizational culture, leadership development, workplace diversity, conflict and incivility in the workplace, HR issues in Healthcare, and judgment and decision making. She has been an active researcher publishing and presenting at conferences such as the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, the Society for Judgment and Decision Making, and the Linkage Organizational Development Summit. Prior to joining Denison, Ashley worked in the Professional Services and Product Development department for the employee selection firm, ePredix, in Minneapolis, MN. Ashley earned her Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Bowling Green State University in 2008. She earned a Master’s in I-O at Minnesota State University, Mankato and her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and English from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana.
