Denison Leadership Development Survey: Change Monitor
The Denison Leadership Development Survey: Change Monitor is an instrument that is utilized in conjunction with the Denison Leadership Development Survey. Implemented approximately 100 days after the participants review their Leadership Development Survey results, the Leadership Change Monitor enables leaders to monitor their progress in two selected indices. This monitoring holds leaders accountable for change and ensures that the individuals follow through with their action plans.
