
Denison Leadership Development Survey:
3Click System
The Denison 3Click System is an advanced web-based application used by each leader to individually manage their Leadership Development Survey process. The leader will receive an email invitation with instructions and a link to their personal 3Click page. This process is completely secure and confidential.
Using the 3Click system, the leader can:
- Define and Edit the people who will be invited to assess them using the Leadership Development survey (raters). Once the raters are defined, the leader can click a button and the system will automatically send out e-mail invitations as well as reminder letters.
- Take the Self-Survey - Leaders can take their self-survey at any point in the process. It is often helpful to do this first so that they understand the nature of the questions being asked. This will also help them determine the best raters to invite.
- Check Survey Counts - At any point in the process, leaders can check to see how many raters in each category have completed the survey (e.g., Peers, Direct Reports).
Most parts of this process can be customized to meet the needs of specific clients.
