The
Denison eWorkshop is designed to help consultants, executives, and
managers learn how to incorporate Denison tools to improve
profitability, customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, quality,
and growth. Learn more about our Culture and Leadership Solutions and
how they have been applied in both public and private sector
organizations worldwide in mergers, acquisitions, turnaround
situations, organizational restructuring, new leader transitions, and
many other change initiatives.
Who should attend?
The
Denison eWorkshop is designed for consultants, Executives, Managers, HR
and OD Professionals or others who are interested in learning more
about the Denison Solutions and how to apply them in the organizations
they work in. It is designed for self-motivated learners as a guided,
self-directed, interactive learning experience.
Who should I expect?
This blended elearning course provides the best of both worlds:
- Self Guided Study through videos of experts Dan Denison and Bryan Adkins talking you through the key points and self study readings
- Four Interactive biweekly webinars with a class of peers led by Dan or Bryan to work through three key case studies in culture, leadership and solutions
Learners
can expect to spend 7-8 hours working through the self-paced videos,
readings and teaching cases and another 4.5 hours participating in
interactive webinars. The advantage is that you can work through the
self learning at your own pace with no travel required! Classes of no
more than 20 learners allows you individualized attention during the
webinars and time to learn from others.
