Founded by Daniel R. Denison, Ph.D. and William S. Neale M.A.,

in 1998, Denison Consulting has developed a research-based model and
tools designed to improve the performance of organizations by improving
their corporate culture and leadership.
Denison is headquartered in Ann Arbor, Michigan, with offices in San Diego, Shanghai and Zurich. A worldwide network of consultants who are experienced with the Denison model and surveys help partner with client organizations to help provide support and guidance towards meaningful solutions.

Denison Consulting helps all types of organizations get better by improving their culture and leadership. At
the core of the Denison approach is a set of diagnostic surveys, rooted
in our research linking organizational culture and leadership to
performance outcomes. This diagnostic technology is supported by a
world-class electronic delivery system and a global consulting network
designed to give client organizations and leaders the choices that they

The Research
The Denison model, survey items and global database of benchmarks are backed by years research and data collection. Denison Consulting maintains a full-time research and development department with PhD. level staff. The Denison Research Network includes faculty and students at top-ranked universities around the world who work with our research staff, clients and client teams to conduct cutting-edge research and practical application to client questions. Our research team uses our large database of culture and leadership results collected for over ten years to validate and extend the Denison model.
