Building High Performance Organizations: A Workshop on Culture Change & Leadership Development

High performance organizations are likely to have cultures that are adaptive, yet highly consistent and predictable, and that foster high involvement, but do so within the context of a shared sense of mission. The Denison Consulting Workshop is designed to help consultants, executives, and managers learn how to incorporate Denison tools to improve profitability, customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, quality, and growth.

The Denison Workshop provides:

• An overview of the Denison Model and its origin
• A review of the research linking the Denison Model to bottom-line business performance
• Interpretation information for the Denison Organizational Culture Survey, the Denison Leadership Development Survey, and our Change Monitor Survey
• How the Denison Solutions help businesses with the tough issues including: Mergers & Acquisitions, Strategic Alignment, Turnaround & Transformation, Leadership Transitions, and Leadership Development
• Interactive experience analyzing case studies and real data from your organization
• Guidelines and tips for using Denison tools to drive the change process. 

Denison Workshop Details:

• In-person workshops are held every other month from March-November throughout the United States
• Program Fee: $1,395 USD (Group discounts are available)
• Workshops are presented by Bryan Adkins, CEO of Denison Consulting and Tim Kuppler, President of Denison Consulting

The Workshop Includes:

• All materials for the session in both paper and electronic form
• An online Denison Leadership Development Survey for one participant OR an online
• Denison Organizational Culture pilot project for up to 25 invited participants.
• Breakfast, lunch & snacks each day of the workshop
• Interactive and social networking time with the presenters and attendees
