• Self- paced study of the Denison Culture Change and Leadership Development Solutions. Topics include: overviews of the Denison culture and leadership models, their link to performance, interpretation of survey results and the powerful impact of combining culture and leadership development initiatives to lead change in organizations
• Four live interactive webinars analyzing and discussing key case studies in culture, leadership and leading change

Classes of no more than 20 learners allows you personalized attention from our experts during the webinars and time to learn from others.
