“Exploring New Frontiers” at the Upcoming Conference on Organizational Psychology.

The 32nd annual SIOP Conference, “Exploring New Frontiers,” is just around the corner and, of course, thought leaders from Denison will be playing active roles. Join us as we address the changing dynamics of organizational psychology and operations across the globe.

Denison Presentations

We’ll be on the dais for three presentations. Mark your schedule now for the ones that you or your staff should attend.

  • SATURDAY, 3 p.m.: Look for Denison Chairman Dan Denison and CEO Lindsey Kotrba at Saturday’s 3 p.m. panel discussion, Focusing in on Driving Action in a Shifting Survey Landscape. In this session, we’ll explore how experts balance traditional and emerging survey technologies in their organizations to inform and equip themselves to take action.
  • FRIDAY, 4 p.m.: Denison Research Consultant and client Consultant Alice Wastag will moderate the panel discussion, The Doctor is In: Organizational Culture Change in Healthcare. In this session, practitioners in the healthcare sector will discuss how dramatic changes in healthcare have impacted their organizational culture and talent management strategies.
  • FRIDAY, 11:30 a.m.: Levi Nieminen, Denison Senior Consult and Director of Research and Development, will co-chair this year’s Master Collaboration presentation entitled, What We Did Not Learn in Graduate School. In this session, research scientists, consultants, and practitioners take a deep dive into skills needed for I-O psychologists and HR practitioners to be successful in their careers that were not part of their formal graduate training—such as building a personal brand, selling, machine learning, and data visualization.

Be sure to stop by Booth #507 to introduce yourself and talk about the organizational culture challenges you are facing—or have already faced down! We’d love to connect with you.
