Denison Consulting was founded from a research perspective and continues to maintain a strong research focus. All of the Denison surveys (culture and leadership) are based on the Denison model.
Ongoing research projects include:
- Periodically updating the norm databases
- Validating the surveys with different outcomes (growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, effectiveness, etc.)
- Testing hypotheses and models related to culture and leadership
- Writing articles, case studies and whitepapers for academic and practitioner journals
- Developing custom survey items, analyses and reports for clients
- Extending the model to other aspects of human resources (training, selection, succession planning, etc.)
- Working with a network of clients, researchers and students to pursue ongoing projects
