The Denison Survey System
Denison has designed its own web-based survey system which integrates the survey design process, data collection, reporting and action-planning. The result is that you can get your reports quickly and accurately.
There are demonstration surveys available for the Organizational Culture Survey and Leadership Development 360 Assessment.
1. Web-based data collection: The Denison web-based survey offers a wide-number of customization options, languages, and advanced features to help make the survey easy to administer and use.
2. Graphical reports: The Denison reports feature a unique circumplex display which makes it easy to understand and diagnose results. Additional detailed reports provide drill-down level results for each of the circumplex dimensions.
3. Survey options and customization: The surveys can be customized to fit specific organizational needs. This includes adding custom questions, using company logos, changing instructions and more. Customization can personalize the survey as well as expand its usefulness. For example, adding custom questions around a merger or acquisition, new initiatives, internally defined core competencies, etc. provides additional information.
4. Speed: Denison surveys can be set up quickly and standard reports for the composite results provided shortly after data collection has ended. Additionally, the system has been designed so that report segments can begin to be defined as soon as the survey design is completed. By defining report segments before data collection has ended, the reports can be produced very quickly after the survey deadline.
Furthermore, the web and technological design of the survey process provides the capability of doing a large-scale survey on the same day as the intervention.
