Understanding Adaptability
Successful leaders encourage employees to receive and interpret signals from the environment and to translate them into internal changes that increase the work group or organization's chances for survival, growth and development. Successful leaders are focused on their customers (external and/or internal). They embrace change and understand that they must serve as a role model for adopting new ideas and processes.
