The Denison surveys have been used by companies all over the world. This includes multi-national organizations as well as organizations that are based in various countries. The Denison Organizational Culture Survey (DOCS) has been translated into most of the major world languages. Additional translations can be arranged as needed.
Many of our European clients come to us through Dr. Daniel Denison's work as Professor of Organizational Development at IMD - International Institute of Management Development in Lausanne, Switzerland. IMD is a world-class institution focused on management education.
As part of our ongoing research, we examine the use and impact of the surveys and their link to the bottom line in various countries and industries. In most cases, the differences across countries and industries are not significant. The model transfers well to different national cultures and environments.
